Sony Commits to Sustainable Packaging

Out with the plastic, in with the 100% paper and low ink content packaging! Yea, that’s a little bit of a mouthful…but Sony has made a commitment to heavily (and we mean heavily!) reduce the amount of plastic used in their packaging for more sustainable product delivery practices. Using their new proprietary Sony Original Blended Material that is 100% made from paper and wood production byproducts, and no unnecessary inks, everything but the label on this new packaging is eco-friendly. We love to see large companies make a real impact, and we hope they continue their goal of being less waste-producing!
