The Bus is Back!

VW is bringing back the VW bus…with a modern twist: it’s electric! Due out today, VW is teasing the formal release with a particularly colorful model. And it’s not only coming back as a single, novelty ride, VW is making 5 different models, that range from passenger vehicles up to utilitarian delivery vehicles. With the fuel prices as they are right now, I think this looks like a pretty tempting option…but prices aside, this ticks off a lot of satisfying boxes for us as designers. The interior is chock full of thoughtful design details, and it can be customized to match whatever you put on the exterior, to make this ride be as unique as you are!
