Roald Dahl’s Magic Comes To Life With Design

Iconic branding agency Pentagram have given The Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC) a fresh new look that perfectly captures the magic of Dahl’s beloved stories, which we all loved as children. Knowing they had to appeal to everyone from preschoolers to adults, they created “Fantastic Mr. Font,” a custom typeface that can that can be styled in a playful, quirky, or even darker way to match the story. Paired with bold, colorful backgrounds inspired by the classic illustrations by Quentin Blake that accompanied all of his works, the new identity keeps the magic of Roald Dahl alive for new generations of fans.
