Somerset Heights

Somerset Heights is a condominium community that wanted to boost awareness about the property and they wanted to promote new sales in the changing market. We wanted to create a clean and simple platform where they could highlight community interior and exterior photos, resident testimonials, interactive floor plans and current Georgia MLS listings. We did a rotating highlight directly on the homepage that showcased five different couples and individuals with a photo and their personal experience in the community. To round the site out we incorporated a pop-up amenities page and an interactive point of interest app so people could see the experience that extended beyond the property. In the end, the website put their property on Google and increased buzz within the real-estate market.
