Once Shepard’s clients had signed on board for them to design, build and manager their trade show booth and experience, Shepard wanted to send them a three-tier welcome email. This email would outline in a series of steps the exact specifics of their offerings, what to expect during the process and quick access information to their selected exhibit agent. To achieve this, we designed and coded three similar branded emails that included social networking links and supplied them with HTML files that they could implement into their mail client.
