LA Has a New Look!

Fresh from the drawing table of artist Shepard Fairey, the Los Angeles Board of Tourism has unveiled their new logo for the city. With a strong references to sunsets, water, and vintage hand-lettered signage, this logo encapsulates what LA feels like. The artist’s studio attempted to create a visual that encompasses ALL of Los Angeles, not just iconography that is specific to only one area, like palm trees or the Hollywood hills. “It’s got a really strong, ownable personality to it that allows anyone to project something about themselves onto it,” said Fairey. Look for the new identity and ad campaign to kick off this week!
