Reddit Rebrand

It’s a rebrand, and a big one! Design agency Pentagram took on a massive makeover for Reddit, with the goal of capturing that “utopian vibe” in how the site looks. The design team wanted to tidy up Reddit’s mishmash of visuals that had sprouted and grown over time, including revamping Snoo, Reddit’s client mascot, by giving it a 3D look and making a collection of emoji to show its different moods. Sometimes an ingenious packaging design is no packaging at all! Check out these stylishly sustainable shampoo bars, quippily named The Dissolving Bottle. The bars themselves are bottle-shaped, so naturally, as you use them up, the bottle dissolves into a waste-free trickle of water down the drain. Launched in the Philippines a couple of years ago, the design seems ready for the rest of the world and is making its way across the globe, so look out for it available near you soon!
