Amazon is debuting a whole new logo…and it’s in another language! American Sign Language, that is. in an effort to promote the diversity of their workplace, Amazon has a limited edition logo that uses ASL finger spellings for the letters. The logo was even designed by a deaf Amazon employee! We love seeing design to benefit everyone!

In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness month, which is May, Burger King has taken the idea of a “Happy Meal” and given it more dimensions. The line of Whopper combo meals, that the chain is calling Real Meals, comes in a variety of emotions to suit your every mood. You can’t be happy all the time! While they don’t come with toys, everyone has felt a time when they needed a “YAAAS Meal”!

How cool is this?! Elementary schoolers in Massachusetts (you read that right!) designed a crosswalk to be more effective. They painted it to look three dimensional, which ensures that speeding cars will stop! The students were inspired by similar designs that have been popped up in Europe.

Screwdrivers with nail endings and salami-tinted sunglasses are just the beginning of what this artistic duo has imagined and created. This ongoing series involves plastic and household supplies playfully combined with other objects, which take them far away from their original design.
