PBS Looks Towards the Future

We all know and love PBS, from watching Arthur after school when we were kids, to catching Downton Abbey and Masterpiece Theatre as adults, they have high quality content that’s accessible to everyone in the country, no matter if you have premium television or not. But the “public” part of PBS oftentimes comes with a drawback: much less extra money than private media companies. So while it’s been a while for them, PBS has determined that 2019 was the year for graphic design to get some of that money! In their first revamp since 2009, PBS has flattened their logo and simplified the logotype. The broadcaster with the country’s largest reach has adapted to fit with the new media landscape, and we think it looks great!
