Graphic designers Nicolas Damiens and Julien Sens decided to convert handwritings of great artists such as David Bowie, Kurt Cobain, John Lennon and Leonard Cohen into digital typefaces. By scouring notes, letters and postcards, the designers were able to get a good population of handwritten examples to create typefaces based on the handwriting of the iconic artists.
