Jeff Koons Merges Art and Digital Design

For the first time, the artist Jeff Koons, known for his sculptures of balloon animals, has digitized his entire work at jeffkoons.com. And more than that, he has collaborated with Squarespace, where Koons and Squarespace Chief Creative Officer David Lee designed the “Reflect” template for Squarespace users based off the clean design of his portfolio site. The site’s bold typography, parallax effects, and clean grid system give prominence to the artwork while maintaining a clean and elegant UX. The adaptable nature of the sister template highlights the design’s intention for designers to build living, breathing websites that grow with their clients’ visual stories.
