High Design at 30,000 feet

Our friends over at Wired knowhow to take a topic that sounds boring as sin and make it eminently enjoyable. They’ve done it again with the story of how esteemed Italian graphic design house Alessi worked with Delta to design new in-flight dishes, cutlery, glassware, ceramics and other service ware. We love this because it proves a common refrain of ours—design is everywhere—and we love the challenge of balancing beauty with practicality. Cheers!
